Salsa is the answer. To everything! Do you need a snack? Salsa. Do you need a topping for your tacos? Salsa. Do you need to spice up your eggs? Salsa. If anyone asks you a hard question and you don’t know the answer, just say “salsa”. You’ll be right. Or at least you’ll sound smart….

3 large tomatoes, chopped

1 Anaheim pepper, chopped fine

1 jalapeno pepper, chopped fine

½ c finely chopped sweet onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 T minced cilantro or parsley*
