Pina Colada


It’s not always possible to get away when you want. Go someplace sunny and warm. Hawaii. Caribbean. Fiji. If you can’t vacation in the tropics, you can at least pretend like you are. Make a pina colada, put it in a fancy glass, decorate it with fruit or an umbrella, and let the drink do the rest. The incredible distinct flavor of a pina colada will take you there.


For each serving:

1 6-oz. can pineapple juice

1/3 c fresh pineapple chunks, frozen for an hour or more

2 T coconut cream

1 c pineapple sherbet

1/2 c crushed ice


Blend ingredients until smooth.
