Great foods are usually a result of the perfect ratio of ingredients. Take, for example, mini Twix candy bars. Have you noticed how much better they are than the regular size Twix? It is because the ratio of chocolate to cookie crunch/caramel is greater. So, can you imagine the sheer joy I felt when I discovered S’mores dip? The control of graham cracker ratio to chocolate/marshmallow is a dream come true. (Yeah, I really don’t dream very big sometimes. LOL!) I love S’mores. But due to the very messy nature of S’mores, you need two graham crackers to “sandwich” in the ooey gooey middle layers, which can sometimes overpower the other flavors. I know, it is absolutely ridiculous that I’ve got any complaints at all about S’mores. They are divine. Brilliant. But if you can get the amazing S’mores flavors with perfect ratios, why not? So, I bring you: S’mores Dip. Now that’s what I call a win-win.
1 11.5-oz. bag milk chocolate chips
1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 7-oz. jar marshmallow creme
graham cracker sticks
Combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in bowl. Heat in microwave 30 seconds. Stir until melted and smooth. Microwave for 10 additional seconds at a time if needed. Dot surface with spoonfuls of marshmallow creme. Stir slightly until dip has desired marbled effect. Serve with graham cracker sticks.
For individual serving size:
2 T milk chocolate chips
2 T sweetened condensed milk
2 T marshmallow creme
graham cracker sticks
Make recipe as directed above except microwave chips/milk for 15-20 seconds. Heat an additional 8 seconds at a time if needed.

I love your website and your style of writing! I also love smores and HAVE TO make this dip SOON!!! I’m so with you on the whole ratio thing, what with being a chocoholic myself, so yeah, this is perfect. And I like the swirly look.
Thanks, Kay! Nice to meet a fellow chocoholic. Isn’t it the only way to live?? Hope you enjoy the dip!
Wow, this dip is ridiculous…is such a wonderful way. If I could eat chocolate, I would be making this right now. But, I know I will make this….for someone!
Mind-blowingly good recipe! I sometimes warm frosting to offer with graham crackers but this is so much better. Love that you have an individual serving recipe too because we all know this would be such a wonderful treat for one :]
This is so good! Eating some right now.
This sounds amazing! I am pinning this on Pinterest right now!
Thanks so much. Just a note: it sets up after a while, so it is best served immediately. Enjoy!!
Any substitution for the condensed milk? I can get away with eating some chocolate but not milk
But I NEED to eat this!! Like NOW!
Good question. I haven’t made it without milk, but if I were to try, I’d melt the chocolate and then swirl in the marshmallow creme and serve it immediately (as it will probably thicken as it cools).
I do mine without the milk. Just melt the choc chips and add scoops of marshmallow creme. Microwave again til marshmallow has melted then swirl. Don’t stir vigorously. It will set up quick. Eat fast
Oh yum . . . that sounds good! And easy too. Thanks for the tip!!
