I have found that there are two types of people in the world. Those who like Jell-O. And those who don’t. I personally love a good Jell-O salad if it contains the right fruit combination. This recipe, in particular, is a favorite at our house. It could count as a dessert, but why would we want to do that and deprive ourselves of a “real” dessert? Why, I ask. Why??
1 small box tropical fusion-flavored Jell-O
1 cup frozen raspberries
Mash bananas. Divide bananas into bottom of four cups (if they are on the bottom, they won’t go brown). Top each cup of bananas with 1/4 cup frozen raspberries. Make Jell-O according to package directions. Pour Jell-O evenly into cups to cover fruit. Refrigerate until set, at least 3 hours.
