Cake Mix Cupcakes that Taste Homemade

So, there’s a way to make cupcakes from a mix that taste more homemade . . . they have a little heavier texture and, well, butter. Need I say more? LOL! Who knew? They’re just as easy but use different ingredients.
1 box cake mix, any flavor
3 eggs
½ cup butter, melted (not margarine)
1 c water
Mix cake mix, eggs, butter and water. Beat on low speed until incorporated, 30 seconds or so. Beat on high speed for 1 minute. Fill cupcake tins (greased or lined with cupcake papers) 2/3 full with batter. Bake at 350°F for 13-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from cupcake tin. Cool completely. Frost with your choice of frosting.
