Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

Is a recipe considered a recipe if it has only one ingredient? According to Google, the definition for a recipe is: “a set of instructions for preparing a particular dish, including a list of the ingredients required.” So, even if the list of ingredients is short . . . say, really short . . . it can be a recipe, right? When oranges are in season, this is one of our favorite things to do for a special occasion. It’s like a glass of liquid gold. Cold. Refreshing. Sweet.

For each serving:
4 large cold oranges

Cut each orange in half. Using a juicer or citrus reamer, juice each orange half. Pour into glass. Strain pulp using fine strainer, if desired.
