When you find yourself singing the winter blues, hold a luau! Every February or March, when winter is getting the best of us, we throw a luau party. We decorate, gather up all the plants in the house, wear leis and Hawaiian gear, and have great food. It really helps to “escape” to the tropics for an evening. Serve fruit dip with pineapple and bananas, Hawaiian Haystacks, and pina colada cupcakes.
