Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Cups

Magic!

½ c sugar
½ c brown sugar
½ c creamy Skippy peanut butter
¼ c shortening
¼ c margarine
1 egg
1 ¼ c flour
¾ t baking soda
½ t baking powder
¼ t salt
48 Reese’s peanut butter cups

Combine sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, shortening and margarine. Beat until creamy. Beat in egg. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt until barely combined. Drop 1-inch balls in greased mini muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 6-7 minutes. Immediately press one unwrapped peanut butter cup in each center of cookie. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from tins. Makes 48 cookie cups.
