Soft Tacos…

Because Taco Tuesday is coming up!

1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1 – 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 packet McCormick mild Taco seasoning
1 cup cheddar jack cheese, grated fine
½ head iceberg lettuce, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 sweet onion, chopped
1 can olives, chopped
sour cream or ranch dressing

Cook beef on medium low heat until browned. Add tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and 1/3 cup water. Simmer on low 10 minutes. Meanwhile chop vegetables. Warm tortillas (I warm the tortillas in the microwave between slightly damp paper towels for 10 seconds/each tortilla or wrap tortillas in tin foil and place in 350 oven for 10 minutes). We line it all up on the counter and fix it the way we like it. Ole!
