Appetizers

Foods typically served before a meal; helpful if people are hungry and the main course isn’t ready yet. Also helpful if people have social anxiety and aren’t sure what to do with themselves.

Breads/Rolls

The substantial part of the carbohydrate family. Add butter and you’ve got the most genius combination of foods….

Breakfast

Typically served in the morning but really can be eaten any time of day. Waffle weekends are particularly fun!

Candies

Usually some combination of sugar, butter, and chocolate. Sweet!

Cookies

A small sweet cake, usually round, flat, and happy.

Desserts

Sweet foods usually eaten after a meal. Can be eaten for breakfast. Also known to be the greatest source of happiness.

Drinks

Liquid happiness.

Fruits

The most colorful of foods….. sweet and fresh!

Main Dishes

The most important part of a meal; the star of the show.

Other

The foods or ideas that don’t fit in to any obvious category.

Party Ideas

Ideas that can turn any ordinary day into a themed festive event!

Salads

A mix of healthy, fresh foods usually served in a bowl.

Sandwiches

Brilliant!! The most delicious of ingredients “sandwiched” between pieces of bread.

Side Dishes

Add variety to a meal; served next to the main dish. Optional if chef has had a long day…..

Soups

Warm, comforting, liquid main dish.

Tips

Ideas that will up your food game.

Vegetables

Healthy, colorful, and wonderful as a garnish or side dish. Kids are known to reject.
