Caramel Dip

I love this recipe because there is such a variety of foods you can choose to dip in it. Everyone wins. I give each person their own mini bowl of dip and then lay out the foods they can choose from and let everyone make their own platter of dippable foods. Is dippable a word? My spellcheck says “no.” I say “yes!”

1 14-oz. bag Kraft caramels

2/3 c half-and-half

Unwrap caramels and place in saucepan. Add half-and-half. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until caramels are melted and mixture is smooth. Serve warm with fresh fruit chunks, pretzels, cookies, angel food cake cubes, or marshmallows.
