Replicated Salted Nut Roll

Have you ever had a Pearson’s Salted Nut Roll? Brilliant combination of flavors. Brilliant. Or as Jack Black would say, “bril.” He makes me laugh. Even when he is being serious. And that is a compliment. Anyway, this is a “recipe” (I use that term loosely because it is hardly a recipe as it is more a combination of three snacks in your mouth at the same time) that my sister-in-law/friend, Kenia Ann, and I came up with one night as we were eating snacks and playing games. We researched, experimented, modified, and sent our final product through quality control until we found just the right ratios that mimicked the Pearson’s Salted Nut Roll. Ok, I exaggerate. We just ate a lot of candy until we got the ratios right. That was a memorable night. Thanks, Kenia Ann. So, I bring you . . . Replicated Salted Nut Roll. It is salty but sweet. It contains the three brilliant flavors of nougat, caramel, and salted peanuts. It. Is. Bril.

For each serving:

1 Kraft caramel

3 candy corns

2 whole (or 4 halves) salted peanuts

Pop all ingredients into your mouth at once. The. End.
