I know, how dare I stray from what is already tried and true: the chocolate brownie. But when I saw this recipe I knew it would be a fun alternative. I’m daring that way. Risky. Venturesome. Dangerous, even. But it pays off. These are so flavorful. And gooey. The white chocolate chips give them a nice touch too. Don’t worry. I haven’t abandoned brownies. Just playing the field a little bit . . . .
1 c sugar
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 T half-and-half
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 1/3 c flour
1 1/2 c Nestle Nesquik strawberry flavor powder
1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 c white chocolate chips
In large bowl, combine sugar, butter and half-and-half. Whisk in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, strawberry powder, baking powder and salt and stir until combined. Stir in white chocolate chips. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.

Thank you for sharing this recipe! My 4 year old daughter asked me if there was such a thing. We started looking and came across this! The chocolate brownies and in the oven now but we will make these as our next dessert!!
You are so welcome. Glad you found what you were looking for. Thanks for your nice comment. Hope you like them!!
My girls LOVED them!! Thank you again, this is a recipe I will be sharing!!
Oh cool! I’m so glad they were a hit! Thanks for the feedback.
Have a great day!!
Should that be 1 cup of sugar? It came out very sweet to me.
The original recipe calls for 1 cup of sugar. You could decrease the amount of sugar if you’d like the brownies less sweet.
I’ gonna try it for Valentine’s day, it’s so sweet! How much brownies do you get with this quantities? Thanks a lot!
Great idea to make them for Valentine’s Day! This recipe makes 24 brownies, cut from a 9″ x 13″ pan. You could even cut them using heart-shaped cookie cutters to make heart brownies. Hope you enjoy!!
