Easy Parmesan Knots

Sometimes I get overwhelmed at the thought of making a main dish, side dish, fruit and/or vegetable, some sort of bread, and dessert. I’m faithful at making dessert and can usually pull off a main dish but beyond that . . . some days it just isn’t pretty. That is why I love these rolls. They are so quick and easy. They take 15 minutes tops!
1 12-oz. tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
¼ c canola oil
3 T grated parmesan cheese
½ t garlic salt/powder
½ t Italian seasoning
½ t dried parsley flakes
Roll each biscuit into a 12-inch long rope. Tie into a knot and tuck the ends under. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 8-9 minutes or until golden. Meanwhile, combine oil, cheese and seasonings in bowl. Brush onto warm rolls. Makes 10 rolls.
